We are expanding our activities and invite you to join our team as a SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Actively search for new clients and business opportunities in Lithuania and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Participate in the sales processes within the ColliCare group, collaborating with colleagues.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and prepare attractive commercial offers.
  • Present and promote ColliCare services and solutions, representing the company in a professional manner.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on client acquisition.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher, both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook).
  • A valid B-category driver’s license.

SALARY BRUTO:  2300 – 3300 EUR/ MONTH. (based on work experience and qualifications) , with additional performance-based bonuses.
