Road Freight Sales Executive
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Experience with Scandinavian customers, 5 years of sales experience in a Norway-based company offering International Road Transport services
- Experience in the sales and regulations of Full and Partial International Road Transport
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Successful in human relations
- Presentable and strong representation skills
- Able to take responsibility and use initiative
- Analytical thinking and quick decision-making ability
- Able to adapt to teamwork and a fast-paced work environment
- Having a portfolio is a preference
- Possession of a Class B driver's license and active driving skills
- Developing the customer portfolio in the area where we operate
- Acquiring new customers for our portfolio
- Ensuring the entry of customer visits into the CRM system
- Managing post-sales customer relationships
- Providing offers to existing and newly acquired customers and following the offer process
- Planning, conducting, and reporting customer visits
- Processing orders into the Sales Force/CRM system in line with company policies and related procedures
- Conducting customer visits and calls according to the customer visit and call plan
- Preparing monthly reports such as competitor analysis, target action plan, customer monthly purchasing performance, customer collection performance, customer segmentation reports
- Ensuring accurate information transfer to the Operations department
- Conducting market and sector research, and reporting the findings to the department manager
- Analyzing sales results and developing new strategies
