Sea, Air, and Rail Operations Assistant
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Assist in coordinating and managing sea, air, and rail freight shipments from origin to destination.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
- Communication with shipping lines, airlines, rail operators, and carriers to ensure optimal routing and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and update shipment status in internal systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and providing status updates on shipments.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and delivery instructions.
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and data entry as required.
- Assist in scheduling of shipments to optimize operations.
- Monitor and adhere to relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance procedures.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Higher education (logistics / technology).
- 2-3 years of previous work experience in logistics.
- Strong understanding of sea, air, and rail shipping procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-drive environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
- Good written and speaking oral in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook).

SALARY BRUTO: 1600 – 2800 EUR/ MONTH. (depends on work experience)
